Disclaimer for RAD RACE LAST WO/MAN STANDING 2025

By entering the event site and participating in the RAD RACE LAST WO/MAN STANDING  (“RAD RACE LWMS”) event, all participants and visitors accept the following disclaimer:

1. Liability Exclusion:
   The organizer (RAD RACE GmbH) shall not be liable for gross negligence. This applies both to its own actions and to those of its representatives or agents. This exclusion does not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health, where standard legal regulations will apply.

2. Physical and Skill Requirements:
   By registering, I confirm that I have adequately trained for this contest, am physically fit, and have had my health status medically approved. I also confirm that I possess the required skills to safely participate in the fixed-gear class (without brakes) in an extreme bicycle race such as the RAD RACE LWMS. The organizer assumes no liability for any health risks or dangers to participants.

3. Rules and Disqualification:
   I agree to follow the event's rules and regulations, as posted on the organizer’s website and presented on-site. I understand that altering the official race number, especially making any sponsorship logos unrecognizable, will lead to disqualification. Additionally, animals are strictly prohibited on the event grounds.

4. Environmental Protection Commitment:
   RAD RACE GmbH actively promotes environmental responsibility across all business activities. Participants and stakeholders are expected to follow environmental laws and regulations, particularly concerning waste disposal, soil and water conservation, and pollution control. I am aware that any proven infringement of these rules may result in disqualification.

5. Force Majeure:
   In cases of force majeure, the organizer (RAD RACE GmbH) cannot be held liable for damages. This does not affect the possibility of a registration fee refund. General registration and credit card transactions will be managed by RAD RACE GmbH. If any specific provision of this disclaimer or agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in force.

6. Media and Image Rights:
   By participating, I consent to the use, distribution, and publication of photos, videos, and interviews made of me in connection with my participation in RAD RACE LWMS. These materials may be used in various media without compensation, including radio, television, internet, advertising, books, and other formats. My name may also be published in the results list on www.rad-race.com.

7. Age Verification:
   I certify that my date of birth and all other provided data are accurate. Participants must be at least 18 years old to participate. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian’s signed permission is required, and the participant must be at least 16 years old. The signed consent form must be submitted before the race begins. RAD RACE GmbH reserves the right to disqualify any participant providing false information regarding their date of birth.

Event Specifics and Track Closure:
I acknowledge that this race is conducted on a fully closed and secured course. Entry to non-participants or unauthorized vehicles is prohibited for safety. All participants must remain within the event area, following marked routes and barriers as directed by race officials.
