This liability waiver applies to all transportation services provided by RAD RACE GmbH (referred to as "the Company") for passengers and bicycles, including but not limited to racing bicycles and related equipment. By utilizing the transportation services of the Company, passengers agree to the following terms:
No Liability for Damages
The Company is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to bicycles, equipment, or personal belongings that may occur during loading, unloading, or transit. Passengers assume full responsibility for ensuring that their belongings are securely packed, and that any valuable or delicate items are appropriately protected.Transportation Risks
The transportation of bicycles, particularly racing bicycles and related equipment, carries inherent risks. The Company makes every effort to transport all items with care; however, passengers acknowledge and accept that unforeseen incidents may occur. Any damage sustained by bicycles or equipment during transit is the sole responsibility of the passenger, and no claims for compensation or reimbursement may be made against the Company.Personal Responsibility for Equipment
Passengers are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage for any high-value items, including bicycles, equipment, and other personal belongings, prior to travel. The Company is not liable for losses due to lack of insurance coverage by the passenger.Acceptance of Terms
By using the Company’s transportation services, each passenger acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Liability Waiver. This waiver is governed by the laws applicable in Germany and is enforceable internationally.
